Super Garage — Privacy Policy
Super Garage is an AI vehicle management app. This policy describes how we process personal data under KVKK and GDPR principles. On first launch you accept this policy in the app; device permissions are requested separately when you use related features.

2. Scope & consent
By creating an account or continuing to use the app after reading this policy, you consent to the processing described here. You may withdraw consent by deleting data, uninstalling, or contacting us.
3. Data we collect
- Account and profile information (email, name, optional phone/birth date, profile photo)
- Vehicle and garage records (maintenance, expenses, fuel, documents, photos)
- Regional settings (country, currency, language — GPS optional)
- Location when you use nearby services or marketplace search
- GPS tracker live data from servers you configure (Business / Super App plans)
- Family Garage invites and viewer emails (Super App, Firebase)
- Android home widget summary (stored locally)
- OBD / Bluetooth live metrics (Super App)
- AI provider keys, prompts, and optional engine-sound recordings
- Anonymous crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics (release builds only)
4. How we use data
To operate garage management, reminders, regional marketplace links, AI assistant, live GPS tracking, family garage sharing, cloud sync (Super App), exports, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data.
5. Legal basis
Contract performance, explicit consent (location, notifications, AI, cloud sync), legitimate interests (security), and legal obligations.
6. Storage & retention
Data is stored locally by default. Super App cloud sync uses Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage). Data is kept while your account is active; you may export or request deletion subject to legal retention rules.
7. Third parties
Google Firebase / Sign-In, map providers, your GPS tracking server, marketplaces, AI APIs you configure, app stores, and device OS services (camera, microphone, Bluetooth, location).
8. AI & OBD disclaimers
AI and OBD outputs are informational only — not professional repair or safety advice.
9. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and complaint rights under KVKK and GDPR. Contact supergarage@overstein.com.
10. Security
Local-first storage, HTTPS, Firebase security rules, and optional app password.
11. Analytics
No ad trackers or browser cookies. Firebase Crashlytics in release builds; app stores may collect their own statistics.
12. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be shown in-app.
